We are a small community on the Kitsap Pennisula in Washington state. We have a small, about 20-acre, lake which is maintained by hard working beavers. There are 32 lots, all of which are 1.25 acres or larger. We are dedicated to keeping our lake healthy, and our environment clean and beautiful. We are governed by covenants to help protect our land and water and woods.
