Welcome, New HOA Member!

Dear New Homeowner,

On behalf of Lakeview Estates Homeowners' Association we would like to welcome you to our community. In addition we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with information, which is important to have as a property owner at Lake Erdman.

All property owners at Lake Erdman are required to pay homeowners' dues and road maintenance fees. The combined fees are $170.75 per year and are due each year in March. Our treasurer provides an invoice to all homeowners when all payments are due. Homeowners' dues and road maintenance fees are used to improve the quality of life at our lake.

We have an active Board, Road Maintenance Committee and Architectural Committee. Our Board members meet three times per year in addition to a yearly General Meeting which is normally held in September of each year. Following each meeting a newsletter is sent to all property owners in an effort to keep all owners informed of Board activities and decisions.

The HOA has a website http://www.lakeviewestates.org , contact the webmaster for your password. The Board welcomes member input on all issues and most especially appreciates the attendance of any homeowner at our meetings.

On our website you will find a copy of our Covenants, Architectural Committee guidelines and our most-recent newsletter. You will also find Board Member and property owner information. If you have any questions about these documents please feel free to contact any of our Board Members.

We sincerely hope that you will take the time to attend a meeting and become active in our association. Don't allow others to make decisions about your property. Become an active member and make a difference in our community.
