Architectural Committee Project Application

Refer to our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) to be sure that you are conforming to our rules, and that you are including all the relevant information for your project. Please allow at least 30 days for this review process. The review process will follow our AC procedures. The AC recommendation will be passed on to the Board for a final decision. If changes are required the Board will let you know. Please do NOT start any work until you have Board approval. Fines may be incurred.
