The Lakeview Estates Association is governed by a Board of Trustees. These eight property owners are elected by the general membership at the annual General Meeting in September. Four Board members are elected at a time, for two year terms. The Board then chooses the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer; the other members are Directors.
The Board meets quarterly. The meeting dates and locations are published in the Newsletters. The meeting in September is also a General Meeting open to all HOA members. Member involvement is encouraged!

There are currently the following committees in operation: Road Maintenance Committee, Architectural Committee (includes what was formerly the Welcome Committee) and the Bylaws & CC&Rs Committee.
The Road Maintenance Committee is responsible for overseeing the work of the companies hired to perform road maintenance around the lake. The committee members are:

- Ted Schroeder (culvert maintenance)

The Architectural Committee is responsible for approving design plans for any structures that members want to build or alter. This includes, but is not limited to, docks, out buildings, and houses. It also has the responsibility of welcoming new members and giving them information that they will need to learn about the HOA and building here. The committee members are:

The Bylaws & CC&Rs Committee is charged with updating our Bylaws and CC&Rs to better reflect our needs as a community and to rewrite sections that need clarifications or corrections. They will not make changes to these governing documents, but will be making recommendations to the Board. The committee members are:

Culvert Replacement/Bridge Committee is charged with reaching out to experts to evaluate the impact of replacing our culverts (which constantly get blocked and require a fair amount of member time) with bridges that would be installed by the DNR.
